Do all your prices include VAT?: All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Where do you deliver?: We are based in Leeds and offer a personal delivery service in Leeds and the surrounding area. Some of our range can be delivered nation wide. Please call for details.
How much does delivery cost?: Delivery in and around Leeds is FOC. A small delivery charge may be added for nation wide delivery. Please call for details.
How long does delivery usually take?: We can usually deliver any of the products listed on the website within 7-10 Working days.
Do you offer an installation service?: Any products delivered by our own drivers within Leeds and the surrounding area will be fully installed.
Do you offer discount?: We can offer a discount on bulk purchase. Please call for details.
Can you remove old furniture and appliances?: We can remove old furniture and appliances usually this is FOC. However, a small charge will be added for all refrigeration products.
Do you have a showroom?: We have a showroom at 171 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS8 3QE where most of the products shown on the website and also on the InStore Direct website can be viewed.
Are your products Guaranteed?: All our products are sold with a manufacturers guarantee.
